ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Heart shows patchy staining of myocardial fibres in longitudinal section. Recommended concentration, 3-5ug/ml.WB: Approx 60kDa and 70kDa bands observed in lysates of cell line HeLa (calculated MW of 64.5kDa according to NP_542158.1 and 68.7kDa according to NP_000953.2) Recommended for use at 1-3 μg/ml.
