Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CQ068. The protein is amember of the CTC1 family, and it is subunits of an alpha accessory factor (AAF) that stimulates the activity of DNA polymerase-alpha-primase. The enzyme that initiates DNA replication also appears to function in a telomere-associated complex with OBFC1 and TEN1. Eentually, defects in this gen causes CRMCC.
