DCC Antibody (Center)
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to DCC also known as Tumor suppressor protein DCC whose expression can be detected in the mucus but it is majorly expressive in the axons and intestine. It is found in the axon. It can perform various functions like exogenesis and neuron migration. Its association with UNC5 proteins may trigger signaling for axon repulsion. It also acts as a dependence receptor required for apoptosis induction when not associated with the netrin ligand. Implicated as a tumor suppressor gene.
