Lanopepden
Lanopepden (GSK 1322322) is a peptidyl peptidase (PDF) inhibitor. Lanopepden inhibits PDF activity, preventing bacterial protein synthesis, thereby exerting antibacterial activity. Lanopepden is primarily effective against Gram-positive bacteria. Lanopepden is used in the study of acute bacterial skin and skin structure infections[1].
