AK006 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody agonist targeting sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin 6 (Siglec-6) . It effectively inhibits IgE-mediated activation of human mast cells. AK006 is applicable in the study of inflammatory diseases such as chronic urticaria (CU) and asthma.
