Anti-VSIR/VISTA Antibody (BUI9) is a human monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting VISTA/B7-H5. It inhibits VISTA function and prevents the binding of PSGL-1 and VSIG3 to VISTA. In mouse B16F10 melanoma models, Anti-VSIR/VISTA Antibody (BUI9) demonstrates antitumor activity. The recommended isotype control is Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control.
