Olsutamig is a bivalent humanized IgG4κ monoclonal antibody inhibitor targeting FOLH1/PSMA and CD3E. It is capable of binding simultaneously to PSMA on tumor cell surfaces and CD3E on T cell surfaces, leading to significant activation of T cells and the specific destruction of prostate cancer cells.
