TYRO3/DTK, Human (Q261H, HEK293, Fc)
The TYRO3/DTK protein is a tyrosine kinase receptor. TYRO3 transduces signals from the extracellular matrix by activating the PI3K/AKT/ NF-kappa-B pathway. TYRO3 plays an important role in inhibiting Toll-like receptor (TLRs) mediated innate immune response by activating STAT1. TYRO3 has the function of promoting tumor cell survival and/or proliferation, metastasis and chemotherapy resistance. TYRO3/DTK Protein, Human (Q261H, HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived TYRO3/DTK protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
