Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Dilution

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Approx. 125kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines THP-1 and A549 (calculated MW of 110.0kDa according to NP_006334.2) . A 110kDa band was alternatively observed in some lysates. Recommended concentration: 2.5-3.5μg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Flow Cytometry: Flow cytometric analysis of THP-1 cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
