Neridronate is an aminobisphosphonate, licensed in Italy for the treatment of osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) and Paget’s disease of bone (PDB) . Neridronate is effective also in other skeletal diseases such as osteoporosis, algodystrophy, hypercalcemia of malignancy, and bone metastases[1][2].
