WB: Approx 26kDa band observed in Human Liver and Kidney lysates (calculated MW of 21.3kDa according to NP_001638.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to the glycosylated form. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1μg/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour.. IHC: Paraffin embedded Human Adrenal Gland. Recommended concentration: 5μg/ml.
