Eribulin is a mechanistically unique microtubule inhibitor and Eribulin inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells by binding microtubule proteins and microtubules. Mal-PEG2-VCP-Eribulin is an Eribulin-based agent for antibody conjugates[1][2][3].
