mRNA Capping Detection Sample Preparation Kit (Beads)

This product can be used for pretreatment of mRNA capping rate detection samples. Combined with special cleavage probe, 15-30nt sample restriction fragment with cap structure at 5 'end can be obtained. This kit uses RNase H and cleavage probe to specifically cleave samples, and the probe binding and digestion are completed in one step which is simple and rapid. The biotin-labeled cleavage probe can be adsorbed by streptavidin magnetic beads, and a single enzyme digestion product can be separated after purification. The specially designed cleavage probe can effectively reduce the formation of secondary cleavage products which is convenient for the subsequent analysis of the capping rate detection.
