Censavudine
Censavudine (OBP-601; BMS-986001), a nucleoside analog, is a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor. Censavudine is a potent HIV inhibitor with EC50 ranges from 30 nM to 81 nM and 450 nM to 890 nM for HIV-2 and HIV-1, respectively[1][2]. Censavudine is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
