Flow Cytometry (5ul per test per one million cells or 5ul per 100ul of whole blood) ; Immunofluorescence (1:50-1:100 for 30 minutes at RT) ; Optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined.

200ug/ml of Ab Purified from Bioreactor Concentrate by Protein A/G. Prepared in 10mM PBS with 0.05% rAlbumin & 0.05% azide. Also available WITHOUT rAlbumin & azide at 1.0mg/ml.

Antibody with azide - store at 2 to 8°C. Antibody without azide - store at -20 to -80°C. Antibody is stable for 24 months. Non-hazardous. No MSDS required.

Positive Control: T47D, ZR75, BT474, SKBR3, MCF-7, MDA-MB-453, HT29, Ramos, Jurkat or A431 cells. ~60% of mantle cell lymphomas and ~40% of breast carcinomas are positive.
