The CD79A protein is critical for initiating the B cell antigen receptor complex (BCR) signaling cascade upon antigen binding. It promotes internalization, transport to late endosomes, and antigen presentation of BCR complexes. CD79 Protein, Human (HEK293, Flag-His) is a recombinant protein dimer complex containing human-derived CD79 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His, C-Flag labeled tag.
