CHI3L2 Antibody / Chitinase 3 like 2 / YKL-39

CHI3L2 is expressed in various tissues, such as the lungs, liver, and immune cells, suggesting its involvement in diverse physiological functions. CHI3L2 has been implicated in modulating immune responses and inflammatory processes. It is often associated with conditions characterized by inflammation, such as autoimmune diseases and certain cancers. HI3L2/YKL-39 has been explored as a biomarker in cancer diagnosis: Elevated levels of CHI3L2 in the serum or tissues have been investigated as potential biomarkers for cancer detection and prognosis.
