It exhibits excellent immune effector functions, including complement-dependent cytotoxicity (IC50: 1.0 μg/ml) and antibody-dependent cytotoxicity (IC50: 5.0 μg/ml) . hu3S193 is applicable in research on small cell lung cancer (SCLC) .
