It reduces IL-23-induced STAT3 phosphorylation, inhibits Th17 cell differentiation, and suppresses the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-17 and TNF-α. BMS-986010 shows promise in research on autoimmune diseases, including psoriasis and Crohn's disease.
