RG7287 Antibody
RG7287 is an activating antibody inhibitor targeting human CDCP1. It can prevent the loss of contact inhibition in NIH3T3 cells caused by CDCP1 and Src co-transformation during lesion formation experiments. Additionally, RG7287 inhibits tumor cell proliferation and significantly reduces CDCP1 levels.
