MK-4830 is a fully humanized immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4) subclass monoclonal antibody designed to specifically bind to ILT4, thereby blocking its interaction with HLA-G and other ligands. In humanized mouse cancer models, MK-4830 has demonstrated the ability to inhibit tumor growth.
