Hedgehog/Smoothened, Apoptosis Antibody
ERY-974 is a T cell-redirecting bispecific antibody (TCB) targeting GPC3. It binds to both GPC3 and the CD3 receptor on the surface of T cells, activating them to release perforin and granzyme, which induces apoptosis in tumor cells. ERY-974 shows potential for research in solid tumors, such as liver cancer.
