Recognizes human CD62E, a member of the selectin family which is expressed on endothelial cells at sites of inflammation. Clone CL2/6 has been shown to inhibit the binding of human neutrophils to stimulated HUVECS. Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to use in functional assays.
