ACA-28 is a potent ERK MAPK signaling modulator. ACA-28 selectively inhibits cancer cell growth and induces apoptosis. ACA-28 can activate nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) signaling via inducing ROS production. ACA-28 can be used for the research of cancer, such as melanoma [1][2].
