Once thawed<br>it can be divided into smaller sterile containers and stored at -80 degree C for future use or refrigerated at 2-8 degree C if anticipated usage is within one month. Add Bovine Platelet Lysate (FBS Replacement) to the cell culture medium to reach the desired concentration. A 10% (v/v) concentration in the desired media has shown similar growth rates to Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) media prepared with the mentioned concentration. It is recommended to optimize the concentration for each cell line used.
