RO7567132 (FAP-LTBR) is a bispecific antibody that locally agonizes LTBR and antagonizes FAP within tumors, promoting tertiary lymphoid structure (TLS) formation while minimizing systemic effects. Preclinical studies in mouse models of breast and colorectal cancer demonstrate its ability to enhance immune infiltration and inhibit tumor growth, particularly in combination with anti-PD-L1 therapy.
