ABP-102 Antibody
ABP-102 is a tetravalent bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) that modulates CD3 and selectively targets HER2. It demonstrates potent cytotoxicity in HER2-overexpressing breast and gastric cancer models in vitro and in vivo, with significantly reduced activity against cells with low HER2 expression.
