MEDI-1814 Antibody
MEDI-1814 is a fully human IgG1κ monoclonal antibody designed for Alzheimer's disease research that selectively targets the C-terminus of Aβ42. It functions by binding and clearing circulating Aβ peptides to inhibit their aggregation into neurotoxic oligomers, as investigated in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
