Forimtamig Antibody
Forimtamig (RG-6324) is a bispecific T-cell engager with a 2+1 format, targeting GPRC5D and CD3. Its Fc domain contains P329G LALA mutations to minimize effector function. This construct is utilized in preclinical research for investigating multiple myeloma, including in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo xenograft models.
