Atrosimab Antibody
Atrosimab (ATM-001) is a potent Fv-Fc1κ fusion protein that binds human TNFR1 with high affinity (EC50 0.37 nM), blocking TNF-mediated signaling. It is a valuable research tool for investigating TNFR1 biology in models of chronic inflammatory diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease, in both in vitro and in vivo studies.
