M701 Antibody
M701 is a bispecific antibody engaging CD3 on T cells and EpCAM on tumor cells to redirect T-cell cytotoxicity against EpCAM-expressing malignancies. It is under investigation for malignant ascites treatment, with studies demonstrating its tumor-killing activity in both in vitro and in vivo preclinical models.
