Hb0025 is a bispecific antibody (170.8 kDa) targeting PD-L1 and VEGF with EC50 values of 0.67 nM and 0.48 nM, respectively. It promotes antitumor immunity by blocking VEGF signaling and enhancing T-cell infiltration, shifting the tumor microenvironment from immunosuppressive to immune-active, as supported by in vitro and in vivo oncology research.
