Tilatamig samrotecan Antibody
Tilatamig samrotecan (AZD9592) is an EGFR/c-MET-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that delivers a topoisomerase I inhibitor, inducing DNA double-strand breaks and inhibiting tumor growth. It is used in oncology research for studying ADC mechanisms and has demonstrated antitumor activity in both in vitro and in vivo models of non-small cell lung cancer.
