Choloylglycine hydrolase is a conjugated bile salt hydrolase that catalyses the hydrolysis of amide bond in conjugated bile acids. Choloylglycine hydrolase is expressed by intestinal microbiota. Choloylglycine hydrolase can be studied in research on type 2 diabetes[1][2].
