Magic™ Cell-free Protein Expression in E.coli Lysate - Dialysis Mode Kit is a cell-free protein synthesis system using E.coli extracts. This system contains all the required components for protein synthesis and uses an efficient, coupled transcription/translation reaction to produce proteins. The E.coli extract contains necessary components including ribosomes, protein translation factors, aminoacyl tRNA synthetase, total tRNA and others required for protein expression.
