Vasorin
Vasorin is a type I transmembrane protein that is predominantly expressed in vascular smooth muscle cells in a developmentally-regulated pattern. Expression is downregulated during vessel repair. Vasorin directly binds to transforming growth factor (TGF) -beta and attenuates TGF-beta signaling in vitro.
