IL-2 receptor alpha
IL2-Ra is one of the three constituent subunits of the IL2 receptor. IL-2Ra is released into the serum after increased cellular expression such as increased activation of B and T cells. Clinical manifestations of IL2-Ra elevation include autoimmune conditions and some leukemias and lymphomas. Interleukin-2R Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 192 amino acids (22-213) corresponding to the mature IL2-R protein with an amino terminal hexahistidine tag. The IL-2R is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
