Itasetron
Itasetron (DA 6215) is a selective 5-HT3 receptor antagonist. Itasetron improves spatial learning and memory abilities in the aged rat. Itasetron has potent antiemetic properties. Itasetron is used for age-related memory degeneration in rodents[1][2].
