It negatively regulates PDPK1 kinase activity, forms homodimers, and interacts with CDK16, phosphorylated RGS7, SSH1, phosphorylated CDKN1B, GAB2, phosphorylated PDPK1, and phosphorylated DAPK2. 14-3-3 theta Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived 14-3-3 theta protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6His labeled tag.
