MS6105
MS6105 is an LDH protein hydrolysis-targeted chimera (PROTAC) that effectively degrades LDHA and LDHB in a time- and ubiquitin-proteasome system-dependent manner and has anticancer activity[1]. MS6105 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
