TAK-661 is a inhibitor of eosinophil chemotaxis. TAK-661 significantly reduces the bronchoconstriction during the late phase, along with the inhibition of eosinophilia in bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) and the eosinophil infiltration into the airway wall[1].
