IPG7236
IPG7236 is a selective and orally active CC chemokine receptor 8 (CCR8) antagonist with an IC50 of 24 nM in a Tango assay. IPG7236 effectively inhibits the downstream signaling of CCR8 induced by CCL1 (IC50 = 8.44 nM), CCL1-induced downstream signaling in the CCR8-overexpressing cells (IC50 = 24.3 nM), and CCL1-induced CCR8+ Treg cells’ migration (IC50 = 33.8 nM) .IPG7236 demonstrates an anti-cancer effect via up-regulating Treg and down-regulating cytotoxic T (CD8+ T) cells. IPG7236 can used for the study of breast cancer[1].
