3-Picolylamine
3-Picolylamine is a primary amine compound containing a pyridine ring structure. 3-Picolylamine inhibits histaminase (diamine oxidase) activity in pig kidneys. 3-Picolylamine significantly enhances the contractile response of isolated guinea pig ileum to Histamine (HY-B1204) . 3-Picolylamine can be used to study histamine-related physiological mechanisms or allergic diseases (such as histamine-mediated inflammatory responses) [1][2].
