Rabbit Anti-Mouse Ceramide Kinase Like Polyclonal Antibody

Ceramide is one of the key liposomes for exosome formation, and it is also enriched in these exosomes. Ceramide is a kind of bioactive lipid, which is related to many physiological functions, including cell apoptosis, cell growth arrest, differentiation, cell aging, cell migration and adhesion. The key role of lipids, especially ceramide and its downstream products in the formation, secretion and function of exosomes may lead to a new understanding of the biology and treatment of many diseases. As a downstream product of ceramide, ceramide-1-phosphate is formed by phosphorylation of ceramide kinase, and is a bioactive sphingolipid metabolite involved in inflammation.
