Recombinant RSV (subgroup A / strain Long) Prefusion F-trimer Protein
Recombinant RSV(strain Long) Fusion glycoprotein F0 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gln26-Leu513 is expressed with a 6His tag at C-terminus. Some mutations are introduced to stabilize the trimeric prefusion state of RSV Fusion glycoprotein.
