Since the production of a given recombinant protein can vary significantly depending on the type of medium employed the MOK™'s provide 11 proprietary expression broths (10 Expression Media plus Animal Produce Free Certified™ LB (Miller) Broth) as well as Glucose M9Y and LB Broth (Miller) . The Complete MOK™ combines the 3 original MOK's into one kit giving researchers the added convenience of being able to screen all 10 Expression Media formulations. The MOK™ enables researchers to identify the best media formulation that yields the highest amount of target recombinant protein. Each dry powder kit contains enough mix to prepare 1 liter of each of the 13 media.
