BFCVM54 is a rat IgG2a, κ monoclonal antibody that inhibits mouse LPAM-1 (Integrin α4β7) . This blocking antibody is a key tool for studying gut-homing lymphocyte trafficking and inflammation in models of colitis and autoimmune diseases, both in vitro and in vivo.
