The B7C3 antibody is a rat-derived IgG1κ monoclonal antibody that specifically inhibits mouse Colony Stimulating Factor 1 (CSF1) . It is widely used in both in vitro and in vivo studies to deplete macrophages and investigate their roles in cancer, inflammation, and bone biology.
