Mouse MHC Class I (H-2Kd, H-2Dd) Antibody
This monoclonal antibody (clone B56X3X4U), an IgG2a, κ isotype, specifically inhibits murine MHC Class I molecules H-2Kd and H-2Dd. It is widely used in vitro for flow cytometry and blocking studies, and in vivo for modulating immune responses in mouse models of transplantation, autoimmunity, and cancer immunotherapy.
