Shishijimicin C
Shishijimicin C is a novel antitumor agent found from the Ascidian Didemnum proliferum. Shishijimicin C shows anti-tumor activity with highly potent cytotoxicities[1]. Shishijimicin C is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
